Lek Massage & Spa sells two separate 120-minute Heavenly Relax packages built specifically for couples, listed as Heavenly Relax I and Heavenly Relax II. Lek doesn't itemise a couples-specific price beyond its general listed rate, so budget from $16.75 (about ฿548) per person as the floor. Its own site does not publish the exact package upgrade, so treat that figure as a starting point rather than the final total.

Treasure: buy-one-get-one in the same suite

Treasure Spa runs a buy-one-get-one on its 165-minute Marrakesh Treasure and 180-minute Gold Element packages, both explicitly stated as taking place in the same room. Treasure is also the only one of the six to sell a private suite with its own bathroom rather than a curtained bed in a shared space, which is the clearest reason to pay its higher listed rate of $30.09 (about ฿985) if privacy matters more than price.

ThaiThai: a couple promotion on the oil massage

ThaiThai Massage runs a couple promotion specifically on its 90-minute aromatherapy oil massage. One reviewer describes a group of six being treated at the same time, which suggests the shop can accommodate more than a single couple pair when the room layout allows it, though that isn't a published policy. The base listed rate for the 90-minute treatment is $19.59 (about ฿641) per person; ThaiThai doesn't publish how much the promotion discounts that figure.

Let's Relax: twin beds as the standard layout

Let's Relax Spa doesn't market a package under a couples name, but its rooms are laid out with twin beds as the default, so booking two people together needs no special request. Its longest treatment, the 165-minute Full Spirit package, is priced at ฿2,950 (about $90.10) per person on the branch's own card, which for two people comes to ฿5,900 (about $180.20).

Nature Thai Massage offers private rooms, some single and some twin, but lists no couple package: you simply book two treatments and are placed in the same room. The same is true at Pela Thai Massage, which has the lowest listed starting price of the six at $13.69 (about ฿448) and a private room layout that fits two without a special request. Neither shop charges a premium for booking together, which makes them the cheapest route to a shared private room on this block if a named couples package isn't the point.

Lek is the only shop here that takes a genuinely same-day booking, and it does it by phone to the branch hotline printed on the voucher rather than through the app. Pela, Nature and ThaiThai need at least an hour's notice through the app. Treasure needs four hours' notice for its in-app reservation.

Let's Relax needs the most lead time: its voucher cannot be redeemed the same day it's bought, so a booking has to be made at least a day ahead by calling the branch directly. None of that changes because you're booking for two rather than one; the same notice window applies either way.

Two people rarely pay twice a single rate: two of the shops discount the second guest outright, and the rest simply charge each of you the listed price for the treatment you pick.
