Massage Siam BangkokAn Independent Guide Check Availability

Editorial Methodology

This is an independent comparison, not a directory and not a spa website. It exists because a search for a massage Siam Bangkok returns six businesses each describing itself, and nothing that puts them next to each other — the Siam Square massage comparison is here. Below is where the numbers come from and what we cannot verify.

What we compare, and why these six

The catalogue covers the six massage shops and spas around Siam Square that sell bookable treatments on a mainstream platform with public, dated reviews: four at street level on Siam Square Soi 5 and Soi 6, and two on the sixth floor of Siam Square One.

That is a deliberate boundary, not a claim about the market. Siam Square holds more massage shops than these six — some take walk-ins only, some sell through platforms we do not use, and some have no reviews to read. A shop that cannot be checked cannot be compared, so it is not here.

Where the numbers come from

Three sources, in this order of authority.

First, the operator's own website or published menu — this is where every baht figure on the site comes from, including the Let's Relax branch price list and the Treasure Spa rate card.

Second, the platform listing, which is the source for starting prices in US dollars, ratings, review counts, opening hours, reservation notice, voucher validity and cancellation terms.

Third, the reviews themselves, which are the only source for things no operator publishes: how firm the pressure runs, whether a branch answers the phone, what the room actually sounds like on a busy evening. Reviews are quoted with the shop and the month attached.

Currency and dates

Dollar figures are the platform's own listed rates. Baht equivalents are converted at 32.74 baht to the dollar, the rate on 26 August 2026, and are rounded — they are there to give a sense of scale against local prices, not to predict what your card will be charged.

Every page carries the month it was last reviewed. Rates and opening hours in this district move often, promotions more often still; anything older than the stamp at the top of a page should be treated as an indication rather than a quote.

What we do not do

We do not run a spa, employ therapists, hold bookings or take payments, and we do not claim to have visited every shop on the block. Nothing on this site is written in the voice of someone who was in the room.

We do not publish a rating of our own, and no aggregate rating appears in this site's structured data. The ratings shown are each operator's own numbers on the platform where their treatments are sold.

We quote only reviews rated four stars or higher, because a quoted review is an illustration rather than an audit. Where a genuine drawback exists — a voucher that cannot be used the day you buy it, a mall that closes at 21:30, pressure firmer than most first-timers expect — it is stated in the body copy, with the practical response attached, rather than buried in a hostile quote.

Licensing and safety claims

Statements about licensing describe Thai law, not an audit of any individual business. Spa and massage establishments are licensed by the Department of Health Service Support at the Ministry of Public Health under the Health Establishment Act B.E. 2559 (2016), which requires the licence and the register of certified therapists to be displayed in public view.

We describe that requirement so a visitor can check it at the door. We have not inspected the licence of any shop on this site and do not certify any of them.

Corrections

If a rate, an opening time or a booking rule here is wrong, tell us and it gets fixed with a new review date — the contact page is the fastest route. Corrections are made in place; we do not quietly delete a shop because a fact turned inconvenient.
